do I remove an item from my cart?
To
remove an item from your cart, simply update
the Quantity field to 0 (zero) and click "Update."

How
much is shipping and how long does it take?
CafePress.com
offers multiple shipping options for delivery
within the US plus international shipping
across the globe.
In
stock items will be processed within 2 business
days. Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed
by 12:00 PM EST will be processed within 1
business day. To calculate estimated delivery
date add processing time to transit time.
For example, an item that's processed in 2
business days and shipped using Standard shipping
(1-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business
days.

If ordering 2 or more items from multiple shipping
categories, you will be charged the first item
fee of greater value. (Not including Posters

What
is the return or exchange policy?
CafePress.com
offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all
products. If you would like to return or exchange
an item, please contact
us to fill out a request form, and we
will send you an RMA and instructions on how
to send the item(s) back. Shipping
charges are not refundable.
What
is the CD Return Policy?
CDs purchased from CafePress.com can be returned
within 30 days of receipt of shipment via
our Returns Center. CDs must be unopened and
still in their plastic wrap.
Defective
CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title.
What
if my package has to go through customs?
You
may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once the package reaches
your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by you; we have no
control over these charges and cannot predict
what they may be. Customs policies vary widely
from country to country; you should contact
your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from CafePress.com,
you are considered the importer of record
and must comply with all laws and regulations
of the country in which you are receiving
the goods.

forms for all international packages list
the value of your order's contents by product
type. For instance, orders containing T-shirts,
